DANCOLD.QUEST / FILE 00 / ABOUT

The person behind the digital attic.

Hi, I’m DanCold. This is where I keep visual work, process notes, experiments, and projects that deserve a stranger and more permanent home than a social feed.

This page is a working file, not a polished biography.

WHY THIS PLACE EXISTS

A room full of folders, tests, references, and found objects.

The site does not need to be finished to be alive. Drawings, animation, 3D, technical notes, and tiny experiments can sit beside each other without being squeezed into one format or ranked by an algorithm.

Empty shelves are part of the record. Half-built rooms are allowed to remain visible. When the work changes, the architecture can change with it.

“An owned archive before a borrowed feed.”

PROCESS LEDGER

Personal direction, mixed tools.

  1. 01DirectionTaste, structure, and final calls stay personal.
  2. 02ConstructionAstro, HTML, CSS, writing, and hands-on editing.
  3. 03AssistanceAI helps with iteration, code, and selected visual assets.
  4. 04CurationNothing ships merely because a tool produced it.
AI-ASSISTED / PERSONALLY DIRECTED

The tools are not hidden. The authorship is in the choices: what belongs, what gets reworked, and what is discarded.
